For what purpose do we process personal data?
The personal data of the interested party are processed for the purpose of managing and developing the contracted services.
Likewise, the personal data of the Interested Party may be processed for the following additional purposes, provided that they have been consented by the interested party:

What authorizes us to process the data?

BSM will treat the images captured through the camera and video camera systems (in the recording and real-time viewing modes) in accordance with the following information:

CONSERVATION: The images captured through the recording video surveillance camera system will be preserved for a maximum period of one month from their capture. In the cases in which the camera system used is the one viewed in real time, the images will not be preserved to the extent that no recording or storage of images is carried out.
