The Panoramic Area is the highest area of ​​Tibidabo, a freely accessible space with the best views of Barcelona.

Giradabo

 

This panoramic wheel is located at the highest level of the mountain and takes you up to the clouds to enjoy incredible views of Barcelona. It has a basket adapted for people with reduced mobility. In addition, with its LED lighting, spectacular figures and movement effects are created that make nights at Tibidabo magical.

 

Height restrictions:

 

  • You can access: +130 cm
  • You can access but only accompanied: 95-130 cm
  • You cannot access: 0-95 cm

Talaia

 

Since 1921, Talaia has offered a 360° panoramic view of Barcelona, 550 meters above sea level. This unique attraction in the world is a real balcony of the city of Barcelona from where you can see the best views of the city, the sea and the natural environment of the Serra de Collserola.

 

Height restrictions:

 

  • You can access: +120 cm
  • You can access but only accompanied: 80-120 cm
  • You cannot access: 0-80 cm

Avió

 

The Avió is Tibidabo's most iconic attraction! It is the first flight simulator in history and a replica of the first plane that made the Barcelona-Madrid flight in 1927. The attraction is propelled by its own propeller and inside it retains original elements, such as the station 1933 radiotelephony.

  • You can access but only accompanied: 0-120 cm

Carrusel

 

Opened in 1989, the Carrusel is one of Tibidabo's classic attractions. A fairytale journey between magical horses and carriages in a structure full of charm. Check out the handmade paintings! These are recreations of icons of Tibidabo and the city of Barcelona.

  • You can access: +90 cm
  • You can access but only accompanied: 0-90 cm

Barcelona Letters

 

To mark the 125th anniversary of Tibidabo, new and enormous Barcelona Letters have been installed at the Tibidabo viewpoint. Take unique photos with them and take home a magical souvenir of your visit!

How to get here

 

The fastest and most sustainable way to reach the Tibidabo Panoramic Area is via the Cuca de Llum, the Tibidabo funicular. You can use the funicular with the Emblematic rides pass or an up and down ticket.

 

On the days when the Amusement Park is open (consult here), if you buy the Emblematic rides pass or any other type of ticket, you can also get on the TibiBus T2B shuttles (from the BSM Sant Genís-Vall d Hebron car park, where you can park your vehicle) and TibiBus T2C (from Plaça Kennedy).

 

If you want to go up with your private vehicle, you can park it in the Top of Tibidabo car park.

The new Barcelona Letters

To mark the 125th anniversary of Tibidabo, new and enormous Barcelona Letters have been installed at the Tibidabo viewpoint. Take unique photos with them and take home a magical memory of your visit!

 

The new work by the MIAS Arquitectes studio, led by Josep Miàs, is an installation made up of nine letters built in steel and with their own lighting that makes the views of the city from the Panoramic Area viewpoint even more memorable.
