From 5 girls and boys up to 14 years old

• Children over 120 cm: €30/person
• Children under 120 cm: €15.50/person

Accompanying persons over 14 years old:

• General admission (+120 cm): €39/person

Requirements

• Birthday parties take place on days when the Amusement Park is open. You can consult the opening calendar here.
• The minor celebrating the birthday must be between 3 and 14 years old.
• Meet the minimum and maximum number of participants in the Groups and rates section.
• Make the reservation at least 10 days in advance, subject to availability.

How to make the reservation

1. Once you have your TibiAnniversary organized, you can request the reservation by contacting us. The request must be made at least 10 days in advance. You will need to fill out the contact form with the following details:

• Subject: TibiAnniversary
• Desired date and time
• Name, ID and telephone number of the contact person
• Name and age of the child celebrating the birthday
• Total number of participants up to 14 years old over 120 cm
• Total number of participants up to 14 years old under 120 cm
• Total number of people over the age of 14 (general ticket +120 cm)

2. From the Customer Service team, we will respond as soon as possible to your request with a proposed date and more details.

3. If you accept the proposed date, you will receive a reservation. Here you will find the instructions for making a payment of the full amount. This must be done 7 days before the visit.

4. Once we receive the payment, you will receive the reservation again. You must present this voucher on the day of your visit to the Customer Service Office, located at the main entrance to the Park. In addition, you will also find the QR with which you can access the Cuca de Llum. You will need to show up at least one hour before the party shift to manage the reservation.

Payment must be made in 100% by bank transfer 7 days before the visit. If the transfer is not received within the established period, the reservation will be cancelled. Also, we inform you that, as stated in the Park's regulations, tickets are non-refundable. If it is canceled before 48 hours before the event, we will return 70% of the amount of the reservation.

We inform you that the reservation will not be confirmed until we have the necessary data and provide you with the assigned reference number.
