How can I renew?
If you have completed the registration process from the website, your TibiClub will be renewed automatically.
If you’re interested in renewing your membership, you can do so through the following channels:
- Through the following link.
- In person, at the TibiClub Office or the Tibidabo Store.ç
We recommend renewing through the TibiClub Area, which is the easiest and quickest way. Details to enter are:
- User: email stated in the TibiClub contract
- Password*: In case you have not changed the password or have not indicated one at the time of signing up for your contract, your password will be the DNI with the capital letter of the first person holding the contract.
*If you can’t remember the password, you can click on “I forgot my password” and you’ll receive an email with the new password. Once inside the exclusive area, you can change this if you wish.
You have a maximum of one month after the contact ends to renew it. Otherwise, the contract will permanently expire automatically.
Where can I purchase the TibiClub?
You can process the TibiClub:
- Digitally through the following link.
- If you wish to register with help, you can do so in person at the TibiClub Office, located at the main entrance of Tibidabo or at the Tibidabo Store, located at Passeig Sant Gervasi, 36 (Barcelona).
I have registered digitally and want to access Tibidabo. Do I have to do any other procedure?
If you have registered digitally and have not received a revision notification, you will find your digital cards in the TibiClub Area. With these, you can go to the ticket offices of Tibidabo, Aparcament BSM Sant Genís-Vall d'Hebron or Tibidabo Store on the day of your visit and request the wristbands.
If you want the physical card, you can request it at the TibiClub Office with an additional cost.
I want to be a TibiClub member and I bought one-day tickets. Can I discount them from the annual pass?
Yes. You can discount the amount of the day's tickets by presenting the box office ticket, as long as:
- No more than 30 calendar days have passed since the date of purchase of the tickets
- Only the tickets of people who will be part of the TibiClub contract will be discounted
- The registration fee is not discounted
To register with a discount on your tickets, you must do so in person at the TibiClub office, next to the Talaia. See office hours here.
This option will only apply to people who have purchased tickets through Tibidabo's own channels, excluding third-party sales channels.
Is the registration fee for TibiClub membership charged per family unit or per family member?
The registration fee is €24 and it is per contract.
Is there a special TibiClub for single-parent families?
By presenting the single-parent family certificate, issued by the Government of Catalonia, you can enjoy the following advantages when purchasing TibiClub Family:
- Single price of €168 (exemption from paying registration fee)
- Being able to include whomever you wish, over the age of 18 and whatever the connection between the two adults, as a second contract holder
Is there any discount for large families?
The TibiClub Family price is €168 + €24 registration fee for new members. This product is aimed at any family, although especially at large family groups, since it allows you to include spouse or unmarried partner and all children under the age of 18.
Do those with functional diversity wishing to purchase TibiClub have any discount?
People with functional diversity, and able to prove this when purchasing their ticket from the Customer Service Office, by presenting the disability certificate or card proving the disability (any of these documents together with the DNI), benefit from a reduced rate for enjoying the attractions and shows their height allows for one day: €7/person + one companion for free (when the need of this third person is proven).
For this reason, when a person with functional diversity is interested in purchasing the TibiClub pass, from the Park, we recommend calculating the amount of the day family tickets and then the approximate number of times they can come over a year, so that each person can see whether the TibiClub meets their needs.
How can I sign the TibiClub if the two holders (adults) can’t go up to do so?
In the event that you have to formalize the contract in person, one of the holders can come to formalize the contract and they can take their pass and the passes of their daughters or sons.
We will keep the contract and the pass of the other holder who was unable to come at Tibidabo and, during the next visit, before entering the site, he will have to sign the contract and collect his pass (it is essential to show the ID).
What documents are required?
In order to process the registration, it may be necessary to present the following documentation:
- ID for adults (in the case of children, essential from 14 years of age)
- Family Book (in the case of the Family modality
In the digital registration process, we will indicate this to you if necessary.
How do I know when my contract expires?
This information is displayed on your TibiClub Area.
What are the advantages of renewing?
If you renew, apart from being able to enjoy one more year of all the Tibidabo activities, you save the registration fee of €24. You have up to one month after the end of the contract to renew it.
Otherwise, the contract will automatically be definitively terminated.

Can members park for free?
Members can park their vehicle for free in the BSM Sant Genís car park (by purchasing a ticket for the Amusement Park when it is open) and access free of charge with the TibiBus T2B to the Cuca de Llum.
Parking at the Top of Tibidabo car park is chargeable for all visitors.
I’d like to gift the TibiClub Family pass to friends or relatives. How can I arrange this?

I’d like to add a new member of the family to the contract (child). How can I arrange this?
On the day you visit, go to the TibiClub Office and present the Family Book and a passport-sized photo.
I no longer want to be a member of the TibiClub. How do I go about cancelling my contract?
You can cancel your membership through this form, providing the following details: name and surnames, DNI and TibiClub membership number.
If you have completed the registration process from the website, your TibiClub will be renewed automatically.
When does the TibiClub get activated?
The subscription is active from the moment the payment is made.
