The new establishment will be located in the historic Masia building and will offer a gastronomic proposal for all audiences in a magical setting such as the top of Tibidabo.
Architect Dani Freixes has led the renovation project of the Masia building, converting the space into a singular and unique restaurant that evokes the imagination of the Park and offers unbeatable views of the city.
The prestigious chef, Rafa Zafra, lands at the Tibidabo Amusement Park with a gastronomic proposal that expands the experience of the “Cim de les Emocions” beyond the attractions. Located in the historic Masia building in Plaça del Tibidabo, the new restaurant will open its doors to the public in the spring of 2026 to offer a singular and unique gastronomic proposal in a magical setting such as the summit of Tibidabo. The location adjacent to the Park, the panoramic views of the city and the updated culinary offer will make this renovated restaurant an ideal space designed for all audiences.
The new restaurant, led by one of the most prominent gastronomic references on the national scene, will be located on the ground floor of the building, will have capacity for 300 people and will have three different spaces: the interior rooms for a maximum of 170 diners, the terrace with a capacity of 130 people and the viewpoint room where you can enjoy unbeatable views of the city.
The incorporation of a quality gastronomic proposal, accessible and designed for everyone, represents a clear commitment to expanding the overall experience of the Park beyond the attractions. With this new space, the Tibidabo Amusement Park, managed by the municipal company BSM, is reinforced as a complete leisure destination, which invites you to live a day full of emotions, good meals and shared moments. The project was born with the desire to continue connecting with citizens through new ways of enjoying and rediscovering the peak of Tibidabo.
The best culinary offer in an Amusement Park
The reopening of La Masia will mean the incorporation of an unprecedented gastronomic proposal into the Park. Rafa Zafra proposes a restaurant for all audiences and, above all, an establishment where both adults and children can enjoy good cuisine.
“Tibidabo Amusement Park is a place full of memories, smiles and shared emotions. Having the opportunity to open a restaurant in this environment is an exciting challenge. We want to offer an attractive, honest and fun gastronomic proposal, which makes adults feel like children and allows children to begin to love good cuisine. In other words, we want to eat with the enthusiasm of a child but with the knowledge of an adult. By focusing on local and seasonal produce, we will move away from conventional children's menus to introduce the little ones to those flavours and textures that help them discover the pleasure of eating well. And at the same time, we will make it a space open to everyone, where any type of customer feels at ease”, explains Rafa Zafra.

A unique and singular restaurant that evokes the imagination of the Park
To make this new proposal a reality, it was necessary to adapt the lower floors of the Masia building. The architectural project was designed by Varis Arquitectes, the Barcelona office led by Dani Freixes, winner of the 2009 FAD Award for the Miramiralls attraction and also responsible for the restoration of the Avió, two of the icons of the Park.
With an extensive experience also in the design of hospitality spaces, Varis Arquitectes has conceived a mutant, comfortable and unique restaurant. A versatile space, capable of adapting light, colour and atmosphere according to the needs of use, and designed to offer a welcoming experience thanks to careful acoustic and climatic treatment. The new restaurant also highlights the privileged environment of the top of Tibidabo, generating unique interior landscapes and scenarios. The new distribution, interior design and decorative elements have been inspired by the imagination of the Park, with resources such as light effects and projections, which will allow the space to be transformed according to the schedule, the Park's programming or the celebration of corporate events.
In addition to the renovation of the interior rooms, work has also been carried out to remodel the kitchen spaces and their corresponding services, for the construction of a new sanitary services centre and all the necessary facilities to provide comfort to users. At the same time, work has been carried out on the two lower floors, which will allow the restaurant's supplies to enter.
